John 8:28b-30
“…I do nothing on my own authority, but speak just as the Father taught me. And He who taught me is with me. He has not left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him. As He was saying these things, many believed in Him.”

Jesus, thank you for always doing the things that are pleasing to the Father and THANK YOU for crediting this righteous obedience of YOURS to me! Thank you for working in my heart so I could respond by faith to your atoning work on my behalf. Oh Lord God you are indeed worthy to be praised! Thank you Lord for opening my eyes to believe!
