Psalm 119:49-50
“Remember your Word to your servant, in which you have made me hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.”

Thank you God for making me hope in your Word! Thank you for giving me faith to trust in Jesus, thank you that in your kindness you led me to repentance! I never would have hoped in your Word or trusted in your promises had I been left to do so myself! It is YOU Lord, that drew me near to you. It is YOU Lord, that opened my eyes to see the truth and the glories of the gospel! It is all of YOU Lord and absolutely none of me. I thank you for the hope I have in your promises. I thank you that your promises give me life. Lord, your kindness, mercy and steadfast love are beyond compare!
